Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.

Place the block of feta in the center of the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the feta cheese.

Sprinkle the chopped dates and pistachios over and around the feta cheese. Add chili flakes, then drizzle honey over everything in the baking dish.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the feta is softened.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm with crostini, baguette, pita chips or crackers. Either present in the baking dish or transfer the feta as a centerpiece to a serving platter.
