Baked Feta with Dates (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 block feta cheese (150-200g/6-8oz)
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup packed chopped dates
04 - 1/4 cup chopped salted pistachios
05 - 3 tbsp liquid honey
06 - 1/4 tsp chili flakes
07 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

08 - Crostini, baguette, pita chips or crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place the block of feta in the center of the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the feta cheese.
03 - Sprinkle the chopped dates and pistachios over and around the feta cheese. Add chili flakes, then drizzle honey over everything in the baking dish.
04 - Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the feta is softened.
05 - Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm with crostini, baguette, pita chips or crackers. Either present in the baking dish or transfer the feta as a centerpiece to a serving platter.

# Notes:

01 - You can double the amount of feta cheese to serve more people while keeping the same proportions of toppings.
