09 - Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
10 - Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
11 - Fresh parsley - 1/2 tablespoon chopped, plus more for garnish

→ For the Dipping Jus

12 - Beef broth or stock - 2 cups
13 - Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
14 - Fresh garlic - 1 large clove, minced
15 - All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons (optional for thicker jus)
16 - Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
17 - Better Than Bouillon Beef Base - 1-2 teaspoons, if needed
18 - Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
19 - Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Slice your Hawaiian rolls horizontally and toast them under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Keep a close eye on them!
02 - Mix up your horseradish mayo and spread half on the bottom rolls. Layer on cheese, roast beef, those yummy caramelized onions, and more cheese.
03 - Spread the remaining horseradish mayo on the top rolls and place them on. Mix melted butter with seasonings and brush generously all over the tops.
04 - Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 5-8 more minutes until tops are golden and crispy.
05 - While sliders bake, make your dipping sauce. Cook garlic in butter, add flour if using, then whisk in broth and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes, strain, and keep warm.
06 - Let sliders rest briefly, cut them apart, and serve with warm jus for dipping. Garnish with extra parsley if you like!

# Notes:

01 - Make the caramelized onions ahead to save time - they're worth the extra effort!
02 - Using a light-colored baking dish helps prevent the bottom of the rolls from over-browning.
