Garlic Butter Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1¼ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite sized pieces.
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
04 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
05 - ⅛ teaspoon paprika.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided.
08 - 1½ tablespoons minced fresh garlic (4 cloves).
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika to evenly coat.
03 - Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to skillet. Tilt pan to evenly coat.
04 - Add chicken in single layer without crowding. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
05 - Add remaining butter, garlic and parsley. Cook 1 minute more, scraping up brown bits from pan.
06 - Serve immediately with Spaghetti Aglio e Olio With Kale and blistered tomatoes.

# Notes:

01 - Cook chicken in batches if needed to avoid crowding.
02 - Scrape bottom of pan to release flavorful brown bits.
