Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika to evenly coat.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to skillet. Tilt pan to evenly coat.

Add chicken in single layer without crowding. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

Add remaining butter, garlic and parsley. Cook 1 minute more, scraping up brown bits from pan.
