Garlic Butter Lobster Tail Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Lobster

01 - 4 lobster tails

→ For the Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 500°F.
02 - Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the last segment. Gently pull the meat up, keeping it attached at the base, then lay it back on top of the shell.
03 - Mix together your melted butter, minced garlic, pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Brush your garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail, making sure to get it all over the meat.
05 - Broil those tails for 6-8 minutes until the meat turns opaque white and reaches 140-145°F.
06 - Put those beautiful tails on plates and serve them with the rest of that tasty garlic butter sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Look for lobster meat to turn opaque white when fully cooked
02 - Save some garlic butter sauce for dipping while eating
