# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 340 g linguine
02 - 450 g sirloin steak
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 120 ml heavy cream
06 - 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Cook linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from pan, let rest for several minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic. Add grated Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir continuously, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
05 - Add the drained linguine to the skillet and toss to thoroughly coat the noodles in the creamy sauce.
06 - Plate the linguine, arrange the sliced steak on top, and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Let the steak rest before slicing to preserve juices and enhance tenderness.
