Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets (8 cups).
02 - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika.
04 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper.
06 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - Juice of 1/2 lemon.
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Place large rimmed baking sheet on center rack and heat oven to 450°F.
02 - Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in large bowl.
03 - Spread on hot baking sheet in single layer. Roast 20-25 minutes, tossing once halfway, until charred and tender.
04 - Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic, roast 5 more minutes.
05 - Add lemon juice and parsley, toss and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can be stored in fridge up to 5 days.
02 - Reheat in air fryer or oven to keep crispy.
