Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves (Print Version)

01 - 450g ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/4 cup milk
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

11 - 1/4 cup marinara sauce
12 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin or mini loaf pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin or mini loaf pan, pressing each portion gently into shape.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and golden on top.
05 - Remove from the oven, spoon a small amount of marinara sauce on top of each meatloaf, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
06 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Serve warm and garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
