Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - ½ teaspoon dried thyme
06 - ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
07 - ½ teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Finishing Touches

09 - ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Grab a large bowl and toss those halved potatoes with olive oil and all your seasonings - the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every potato gets a good coating!
03 - Spread your seasoned potatoes out on a baking sheet, making sure to place them cut-side down - this is the secret to getting that perfect crispy bottom!
04 - Pop them in your preheated oven and let them roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.
05 - As soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle that Parmesan cheese all over the hot potatoes so it gets a little melty. Top it off with fresh parsley and serve while they're nice and hot!

# Notes:

01 - The cut-side-down placement is crucial for achieving that golden-brown crust
02 - For extra crispy results, make sure not to overcrowd the baking sheet
