Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Large Russet potatoes - 4, cut into wedges
02 - Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
03 - Fresh Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded

→ Seasonings

04 - Salt - 2 teaspoons
05 - Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
06 - Italian seasoning - 2 teaspoons

→ Optional Garnish

07 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot - heat it to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Give your potatoes a good wash and dry. Cut each one in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 3-4 wedges.
03 - Toss your potato wedges with olive oil in a big bowl. Mix up your seasonings in a small bowl, sprinkle over the potatoes, and toss well. Add the Parmesan and give everything another good toss.
04 - Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly. Lay out your wedges in a single layer, skin side down.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 25-35 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. They should come out golden brown and tender.
06 - Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like, and serve them up hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - These wedges taste best served immediately while they're hot and crispy.
02 - Try serving with different dips like bleu cheese, ketchup, queso, or honey mustard.
