Garlic Philly Cheesesteak Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 crusty French baguette
02 - 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
03 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup colorful bell peppers, sliced
05 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to a toasty 375°F (190°C).
02 - Warm up some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in those sliced onions and colorful bell peppers, cooking until they're soft and fragrant - about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Add your thinly sliced steak and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook everything together until the meat is nicely browned but still tender, roughly 4-5 minutes.
04 - Take your French baguette and slice it lengthwise, but don't cut all the way through. Hollow it out a bit by scooping out some of the soft interior.
05 - Stuff both halves of your baguette with the delicious steak mixture, then generously sprinkle cheese over the top.
06 - Place your stuffed baguette on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

# Notes:

02 - Serve warm alongside your favorite dipping sauces and crispy fries for the ultimate comfort food experience.
