→ For Assembly

09 - 4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or Texas toast)
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Toss your shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
02 - Mix softened butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, and chopped parsley until well combined.
03 - Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered sides of two slices, layer mozzarella, cooked shrimp, and cheddar. Top with remaining bread, buttered side out.
04 - Cook sandwiches in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes each side. Press gently until golden brown and cheese gets nice and melty.

# Notes:

01 - Use thick-cut bread for the best structure to hold all the filling.
02 - Make sure butter is softened but not melted for easiest spreading.
