Ginger Lemon Honey Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lemon Ginger Ice Cubes

01 - 8 lemons, rinsed and peeled
02 - 300 g fresh ginger root, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
03 - 250 ml water, plus extra as needed

→ For Each Serving

04 - 240 ml boiling water
05 - 1 teaspoon honey
06 - 1 lemon ginger ice cube

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse lemons thoroughly and remove both peel and rind. Cut the lemons into quarters. Peel ginger root and slice into 2.5 cm segments.
02 - Combine quartered lemons, ginger pieces, and 250 ml water in a blender. Blend until a smooth, thick mixture forms, adding extra water if required for desired consistency.
03 - Position a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl. Pour blended mixture through the strainer and press to extract maximum juice. Discard remaining pulp.
04 - Evenly pour extracted lemon ginger juice into ice cube tray molds. Freeze until solid, then transfer the cubes to airtight freezer bags for storage.
05 - For each serving, place 240 ml boiling water in a mug and dissolve in 1 teaspoon honey. Add 1 lemon ginger ice cube and stir until completely melted before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon and fresh ginger. Adjust honey quantity to preference.
