Whisk in goat cheese until it is fully melted and the base is smooth and lump-free.

Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Level the surface, cover, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.

Allow the frozen pint to rest at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Insert into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Ice Cream' function to process until smooth and creamy.

Create a well in the center of the processed ice cream and add jam, lemon curd, toasted almonds, and chopped rosemary. Return the pint to the Ninja Creami and select 'Re-spin' to thoroughly blend the mix-ins.
