Ninja Creami Old Goat Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ice Cream Base

01 - 240 ml heavy cream
02 - 120 ml whole milk
03 - 60 ml honey
04 - 56 g goat cheese

→ Mix-Ins

05 - 30 ml raspberry or blackberry jam
06 - 30 ml lemon curd
07 - 28 g almonds, toasted
08 - 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped and toasted

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and honey. Warm gently until the mixture is hot with visible steam but not boiling.
02 - Whisk in goat cheese until it is fully melted and the base is smooth and lump-free.
03 - Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Level the surface, cover, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
04 - Allow the frozen pint to rest at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Insert into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Ice Cream' function to process until smooth and creamy.
05 - Create a well in the center of the processed ice cream and add jam, lemon curd, toasted almonds, and chopped rosemary. Return the pint to the Ninja Creami and select 'Re-spin' to thoroughly blend the mix-ins.
