Gochujang Sesame Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 4 cups broccoli crowns

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon gochujang sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
05 - 1 garlic clove, minced
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Place broccoli crowns in a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the coated broccoli evenly on a sheet pan. Roast for 20–30 minutes until the edges are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
05 - Transfer the roasted broccoli to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds.

01 - For optimal crispiness, avoid crowding broccoli on the baking sheet to allow proper roasting.
