01 - 1 fresh ciabatta loaf, sliced in half
02 - 100g thinly sliced cooked ham
03 - 100g spicy salami
04 - 100g pancetta
05 - 7 slices Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/2 ripe tomato, sliced

07 - 4 tablespoons softened butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh pesto
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

→ Crunchy Coleslaw

10 - 1 cup fresh shredded cabbage
11 - 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing

→ Seasonings and Finishing Touches

12 - Kosher salt to taste
13 - Fresh cracked black pepper
14 - A drizzle of balsamic glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Slice your ciabatta loaf horizontally, creating a top and bottom for your sandwich. Mix together the softened butter, pesto, and chopped parsley until well combined.
02 - Spread your pesto butter mixture generously on both cut sides of the bread. Pop them in the air fryer or under the broiler until they're golden and crispy on the edges.
03 - Start building your masterpiece by layering the ham, salami, and pancetta on the bottom half. Add your tomato slices and give them a little sprinkle of kosher salt to bring out their flavor.
04 - Layer on your Monterey Jack cheese slices and pop it back in the air fryer or under the broiler just until the cheese gets all melty and gooey.
05 - Crack some fresh black pepper over your melted cheese, pile on your caesar coleslaw, and give it a nice drizzle of balsamic glaze. Top with the other half of ciabatta and get ready to enjoy!
