→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
02 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
04 - 1.5 cups frozen spinach, liquid squeezed out and minced
05 - 450 grams ground chicken
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
08 - 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
09 - 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
10 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Mince the garlic and finely chop the green onions.
02 - Heat coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and green onions. Sauté for about 2 minutes, ensuring the garlic does not brown. Remove from heat.
03 - Thaw the frozen spinach, squeeze out any excess liquid, and mince finely.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine sautéed garlic and onions, minced spinach, ground chicken, dried oregano, dried basil, crumbled feta cheese, coarse sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
05 - Shape the mixture into evenly sized burger patties.
06 - Grill or sauté the patties over medium heat until fully cooked, with an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
07 - Serve hot with tzatziki on a pita or over a bed of greens.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure spinach is thoroughly drained to prevent excess moisture in the patties.
02 - Mixing gently helps keep burgers tender.
