Heat your oven to 180ºC (360°F). Line a 20 cm (7.8 inch) cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash your banana until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until well combined.

Pour in the oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. While stirring, gradually add the milk until you have a smooth batter.

If using chocolate chips, gently fold them into your batter now.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center.
