Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Assembly

07 - 4 whole wheat tortillas (8-inch)
08 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
09 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
10 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
13 - 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing
14 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
02 - Place seasoned chicken on the hot grill. Cook each side for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature hits 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
03 - Lay out a tortilla and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center. Add your lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cheese, onion, and avocado if you're using it.
04 - Place your sliced chicken on top of the veggies. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom, keeping it nice and tight.
05 - Eat right away, or wrap it in foil or parchment paper if you're taking it to go.
