High-Protein Egg White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup egg whites (about 8 large egg whites)
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - Cooking spray or muffin liners

→ Mix-ins

04 - 1/2 cup diced veggies of your choice (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)
06 - 1/2 cup cooked meat if you like (turkey, ham, or bacon)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Grab your muffin tin and either give it a good spray with cooking spray or pop in some muffin liners.
02 - Grab a bowl and whisk those egg whites until they're nice and frothy. Throw in a pinch of salt and pepper - whatever tastes good to you.
03 - Now's the fun part! Gently fold in your diced veggies, cheese, and meat if you're using it. Make sure everything gets mixed in evenly.
04 - Pour your mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full. Don't go all the way to the top - they'll puff up a bit.
05 - Pop them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. You'll know they're done when they're set and just slightly golden on top. Let them cool for a few minutes before digging in!

# Notes:

01 - These keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days - perfect for meal prep!
02 - You can freeze these for up to 3 months in an airtight container
03 - Feel free to switch up the veggies and cheese based on what you have
