Cheesy Italian Style Breadsticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 recipe homemade pizza dough
02 - 2 teaspoons olive oil for coating the baking sheet

→ Garlic Butter Mixture

03 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
04 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic

→ Cheese and Seasonings

05 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Position your oven rack to the lowest setting and preheat to 500°F (260°C).
02 - Place pizza dough on a flour-dusted piece of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, shape it into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle, using your hands to adjust the shape if needed.
03 - Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Transfer the dough from the parchment paper to the oiled baking sheet, reshaping if necessary.
04 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic and spread over the dough. Sprinkle with half the Italian seasoning, salt, and both cheeses. Finish with remaining Italian seasoning on top.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let rest briefly, then slice into 18 strips using a pizza cutter.
