Position your oven rack to the lowest setting and preheat to 500°F (260°C).

Place pizza dough on a flour-dusted piece of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, shape it into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle, using your hands to adjust the shape if needed.

Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Transfer the dough from the parchment paper to the oiled baking sheet, reshaping if necessary.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic and spread over the dough. Sprinkle with half the Italian seasoning, salt, and both cheeses. Finish with remaining Italian seasoning on top.

Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let rest briefly, then slice into 18 strips using a pizza cutter.
