Honey Chamomile Tea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1 chamomile tea bag
03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
04 - 1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste

→ Garnish

05 - Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a rolling boil. Place the chamomile tea bag in a mug and pour the boiling water over it. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
02 - While the tea is steeping, warm 1/2 cup of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching, and heat until steaming but not boiling. Froth the milk if desired for a light, airy texture.
03 - Stir 1-2 teaspoons of honey into the steeped tea, adjusting sweetness to your preference.
04 - Pour the warmed milk into the mug with the honey-sweetened chamomile tea. Stir gently to combine.
05 - If desired, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for added warmth and flavor.

01 - For the best frothy texture, use a milk frother or vigorously whisk the warmed milk before adding to the tea.
