# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 1 litre water
02 - 4 green tea bags
03 - 3 sprigs fresh mint
04 - 60 ml honey, plus extra if preferred (up to 120 ml)

→ Assembly

05 - 500 ml cold water
06 - 250–500 ml ice cubes
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, bring 1 litre of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
02 - Remove the pan from heat, add green tea bags and 3 mint sprigs, then cover. Allow to steep for 15–20 minutes for a delicate flavor or up to 45 minutes for extra strength.
03 - Once steeped, remove tea bags and mint. Stir in 60 ml honey, adjusting up to 120 ml for desired sweetness. Mix until honey dissolves.
04 - In a large pitcher, combine 250–500 ml ice cubes, 500 ml cold water, and the infused tea mixture. Stir well to combine and chill thoroughly.
05 - Pour over additional ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

# Notes:

01 - For a more pronounced mint flavor, gently muddle the mint before steeping.
02 - Adjust honey to taste; start with the recommended amount and add more if desired.
