Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
02 - ⅓ cup honey mustard sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
04 - ¼ cup plain or seasoned panko crumbs
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with foil, and set aside.
02 - Brush each salmon fillet with the prepared honey mustard sauce.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, panko crumbs, and parsley; mix until thoroughly wet and combined.
04 - Press the panko crumbs mixture evenly over each fillet.
05 - Transfer the salmon fillets to the baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Remove from oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes.
06 - Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Try to get salmon fillets that are about the same size to ensure even cooking.
02 - Keep the skin on while baking for added flavor and easier handling; you can remove it after cooking.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness and ensure safety with an internal temperature of 145ºF.
04 - Experiment with other fresh herbs such as dill, basil, tarragon, thyme, or rosemary for added customization.
