# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Little smokies smoked sausages - 3 packages (14 oz each), drained
02 - Pineapple chunks - 1 can (20 oz), drained (save the juice!)

→ Sauces & Seasonings

03 - Honey teriyaki marinade - 1 bottle (16 oz), like Sweet Baby Ray's
04 - Sweet Asian chili sauce - 1 bottle (12 oz), medium or hot
05 - Cornstarch - 4 tablespoons

→ For Garnish

06 - Sesame seeds
07 - Fresh chives, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Give your 6-quart slow cooker a quick spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Spread your little smokies and pineapple chunks evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
03 - Pour in both the honey teriyaki sauce and Asian chili sauce. Give everything a good stir to coat all those smokies.
04 - Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until everything's nice and hot.
05 - Mix your cornstarch with just enough of that reserved pineapple juice to make a smooth slurry. Stir this into the crockpot until the sauce thickens up just how you like it.
06 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh chives before serving. Keep it warm in the slow cooker throughout your party.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this on the stovetop too - just simmer everything in a deep pot for 15-20 minutes.
02 - Adjust the spiciness by choosing mild or hot Asian chili sauce.
