→ For the Biscuits

09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 1 tbsp baking powder
11 - ½ tsp baking soda
12 - ½ tsp salt
13 - 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
14 - ¾ cup buttermilk

→ For the Hot Honey

15 - ½ cup honey
16 - 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes, adjust to taste
17 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional, for tanginess)
18 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) to tenderize and enhance flavor.
02 - In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, and dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
03 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

# Notes:

01 - Store-bought biscuits can also be used for convenience instead of making them from scratch.
