# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Components

01 - 1.5 tablespoons white sesame seeds or pre-toasted
02 - 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
03 - 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
05 - 1 tablespoon neutral vegetable oil
06 - 3 teaspoons brown sugar
07 - 2 teaspoons finely minced ginger

# Instructions:

01 - If using raw sesame seeds, toast them in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring or shaking the pan frequently until golden and fragrant.
02 - Transfer the toasted sesame seeds to a mortar and pestle, spice grinder, or small food processor. Grind to a fine powder.
03 - Place the ground sesame seeds, rice vinegar, soy sauce, roasted sesame oil, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and minced ginger in a jar or small mixing bowl.
04 - Seal the jar and shake vigorously, or whisk the mixture thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
05 - For a thicker and nuttier sauce, incorporate more ground sesame seeds as needed. Adjust to taste.

# Notes:

01 - Using freshly toasted sesame seeds enhances the nutty aroma significantly. For optimal texture, grind seeds thoroughly to a fine powder.
