Knock You Naked Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 cup butter, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup sugar.
06 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 2 eggs.
09 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 5 oz evaporated milk.
11 - 14 oz caramels.
12 - 1/2 cup peanut butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
02 - Beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
03 - Spread half of cookie dough in pan. Bake 8-10 minutes.
04 - Melt caramels and evaporated milk in double boiler. Add peanut butter and melt thoroughly. Spread over baked base.
05 - Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls over caramel. Bake 15-20 minutes until light golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made 1-2 days ahead.
02 - Caramel will remain gooey.
