Lavender Milk Tea Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
02 - 500 ml water
03 - 500 ml milk (any preferred variety)

→ Optional Sweeteners and Flavourings

04 - Honey or sugar, to taste
05 - Vanilla extract, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add dried culinary lavender, remove from heat, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.
02 - Strain the lavender infusion into a heatproof pitcher. Heat milk in a separate pan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
03 - Pour steamed milk into the pitcher with lavender infusion. Stir in honey or sugar to desired sweetness. Add a few drops of vanilla extract, if using.
04 - Pour into cups and serve hot, or allow to cool and serve the beverage over ice.

# Notes:

01 - Use whole or plant-based milk according to dietary preference. Steep time can be adjusted for a subtler or stronger floral note.
