Fresh Layered Pasta Salad Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - ½ cup mayonnaise
02 - ¾ cup sour cream
03 - 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
04 - 1 teaspoon sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
06 - ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Salad Layers

09 - 3 cups cooked macaroni pasta
10 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
11 - ½ red bell pepper, diced
12 - ¼ cup finely diced red onion
13 - ½ cup thawed frozen green peas
14 - ⅓ cup chopped celery
15 - 1½ cups diced ham
16 - ⅓ cup black olives
17 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a large glass dish or trifle bowl, begin building your layers. Start with a bed of romaine lettuce at the bottom.
03 - Add layers in this order: macaroni pasta, red bell pepper, red onion, green peas, celery, ham, and black olives.
04 - Pour the dressing over everything and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
05 - Give everything a good toss before serving to mix all the layers and dressing together.
