# Instructions:

01 - In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter with the olive oil until fully combined.
02 - Add the minced garlic and sauté gently for 30 seconds or until just fragrant, avoiding browning or burning.
03 - Stir in the fresh lemon juice and drained capers, allowing the mixture to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes so the flavors meld and begin to thicken.
04 - Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper according to personal taste.
05 - Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
06 - Pour the sauce immediately over grilled fish, roasted chicken, or steamed vegetables.
