# Ingredients:

02 - 50g old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
03 - 9g poppy seeds
04 - 7g Truvia sweetener

06 - 90mL freshly squeezed lemon juice (from two medium lemons)
07 - 90mL water

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, poppy seeds, Truvia, and lemon zest until evenly distributed.
02 - Pour in the lemon juice and water, stirring thoroughly until the mixture is fully incorporated and forms a moldable consistency.
03 - Shape the mixture into 28 small spheres of equal size, using clean hands to roll them smoothly.
04 - Place the formed energy bites into an airtight container. Seal and refrigerate until ready to consume.
