Limoncello Float Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 scoop (approx. 60 g) vanilla or lemon ice cream
02 - 30 ml Limoncello liqueur
03 - 150 ml chilled Prosecco
04 - Lemon slices, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Select tall or wine glasses and ensure they are chilled prior to assembly.
02 - Scoop one large portion of vanilla or lemon ice cream into each glass.
03 - Measure and pour 30 ml of Limoncello over the ice cream.
04 - Fill each glass three-quarters full with chilled Prosecco.
05 - Garnish each float with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Prosecco and Limoncello with sparkling lemonade and lemon syrup.
