02 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Pizza Puffs

08 - 1 pound pizza dough
09 - 1 cup marinara sauce
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
11 - 8 ounces turkey pepperoni
12 - Italian seasoning for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl until well combined. This flavor-packed mixture will take your pizza puffs to the next level!
02 - Brush your cupcake tin generously with garlic butter. Divide the pizza dough into ping pong ball-sized pieces and place them in each cup. Cover tightly and let them rise in a warm spot until they've doubled in size - this is where the magic happens!
03 - Once the dough has proofed, gently press down the centers while pushing the edges up to form little cups. Brush the insides with more of that amazing garlic butter - because you can never have too much!
04 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Layer each cup with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, another layer of marinara and pepperoni, and finish with a generous blanket of cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with ranch dressing!

# Notes:

01 - This is a copycat version of Little Caesars' famous Pizza Puffs, available in both pepperoni and vegetarian versions
02 - For extra crispy edges, try sprinkling some cheese around the sides of the cups before adding the dough
03 - You can use store-bought pizza dough from Trader Joe's or Rhodes Dinner Rolls as a time-saving alternative
