→ For the Pizza

08 - Pizza dough for two 16-inch pizzas
09 - Whole milk mozzarella - 2 to 2 1/2 cups, shredded or crumbled

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C) to get it nice and hot.
02 - Get a big pot of water boiling and cook your macaroni until it's al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain it, then toss with a tablespoon of olive oil to keep it from sticking together.
03 - While the pasta's cooking, start your cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream, add garlic and salt, then stir in all your cheeses. Keep stirring until everything's melted and creamy.
04 - Save about 3/4 cup of cheese sauce for your pizza base. Mix the rest with your cooked macaroni until every noodle is coated in cheesy goodness.
05 - Spread out your pizza dough and give it a quick 5-minute pre-bake to get it started.
06 - Layer on your mac and cheese mixture, then top it all off with a generous handful of mozzarella - about a cup per pizza.
07 - Pop it back in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is all bubbly and the crust turns golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe makes two big 14-16 inch pizzas - perfect for feeding a crowd!
02 - Feel free to adjust the amount of mozzarella on top to match your cheese cravings.
