Maple Glazed Bacon Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 10-12 slices bacon, cut in half

→ Maple Glaze

03 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
04 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
05 - 1 teaspoon lime juice

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot - we're talking 400°F (200°C). While you're at it, line a baking sheet with some parchment paper or foil to make cleanup a breeze.
02 - Give your chicken pieces a good seasoning with salt and pepper. Then comes the fun part - wrap each cube with half a slice of bacon and stick a toothpick through to keep everything snug.
03 - In a small bowl, stir together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and lime juice until they're all friendly with each other. This is going to make your chicken bites irresistible!
04 - Lay out all your bacon-wrapped chicken pieces on the baking sheet, then brush them with your maple glaze mixture. Pop them in the oven for 15 minutes.
05 - After 15 minutes, take them out and flip each piece over. Give them another brush of that delicious glaze, then back in the oven they go for another 15 minutes until the bacon gets nice and crispy.
06 - Serve these bad boys while they're still warm. If you're feeling fancy, put out some ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can also cook these on the grill over medium heat for 10 minutes per side
02 - Air fryer fans can cook these at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, giving them a shake halfway through
