Mark Wahlberg's Macaroni Salad Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 1 pound elbow macaroni

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon celery salt
04 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)

→ Fresh Ingredients

06 - ½ cup green bell pepper, finely diced
07 - ½ cup celery, finely diced
08 - 3 tablespoons red onions, diced (optional)
09 - 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the macaroni until al dente, about 8-9 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain well again.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni with garlic powder, celery salt, and mayonnaise until well coated. If using, stir in the cayenne pepper.
03 - Mix in the diced green pepper, celery, red onion, and fresh parsley. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
