Maroulosalata Dill Feta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 2 hearts romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
02 - 4–5 scallions, finely diced
03 - 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
04 - 115 g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Dressing

05 - 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
06 - Juice of 1 large lemon
07 - 0.25 tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Thinly slice and dry well using a salad spinner.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until emulsified.
03 - Place sliced romaine, diced scallions, chopped dill, and crumbled feta in a large salad bowl.
04 - Pour the dressing over the salad. Gently toss and massage the greens by hand to evenly coat and slightly soften the lettuce.
