Matcha Banana Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe bananas

→ Flavoring

02 - 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the bananas and slice them into small even pieces.
02 - Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on a tray or plate and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight until completely solid.
03 - Transfer the frozen banana pieces to a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and resembles mashed potatoes.
04 - Add the matcha powder and sweetened condensed milk to the blended bananas, then blend again until the mixture achieves a creamy, soft-serve consistency.
05 - Serve immediately for a soft texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 90 minutes for a firmer result before scooping.

01 - For optimal blending, allow bananas to thaw for 2–3 minutes if too solid. Use culinary grade matcha for balanced flavor and vibrant color.
