# Ingredients:

→ Dressing Base

01 - 60 ml tahini
02 - 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 10 ml tamari
04 - 5 ml yellow or white miso paste
05 - 10–15 ml maple syrup
06 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
07 - 0.5 g ginger powder or 2.5 g freshly grated ginger
08 - 5 ml Dijon mustard
09 - 30–45 ml cold water

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, add tahini, lemon juice, tamari, miso paste, maple syrup, minced garlic, ginger, and Dijon mustard.
02 - Whisk ingredients together thoroughly until the mixture becomes thick and homogenous.
03 - Slowly add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly until the dressing reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed: add more lemon juice or mustard for acidity, more maple syrup for sweetness, or a pinch of salt and pepper to personal preference.
05 - Pour the dressing over desired salads. Store any remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, allow the dressing to rest for 10 minutes before serving so the flavors can meld.
