Mississippi Sin Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup ham, diced.
02 - 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
03 - 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided.
04 - 1 green onion, finely chopped.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 4 eggs.
10 - 1 refrigerated pie crust.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Sauté diced ham in skillet for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
03 - Stir cream cheese until smooth. Add ham, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.
04 - Place pie crust in pie dish and crimp edges.
05 - Add filling to crust, top with 1/3 cup cheddar and green onion.
06 - Whisk eggs, sour cream and heavy cream. Pour into pie dish and top with remaining cheese.
07 - Bake 50-60 minutes until center is just set.

# Notes:

01 - Center should be just set when done.
02 - Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
