Old Fashioned Creamy Coleslaw (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Dressing

01 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
02 - 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
03 - 3 tablespoons sugar
04 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 3/4 teaspoon celery seed

→ Vegetables

07 - 16 ounces coleslaw mix (or 4 cups shredded cabbage and carrots)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together your mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seed until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add your coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss everything until the vegetables are evenly coated with dressing.
03 - Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This gives all those flavors time to get friendly with each other.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this up to a day ahead - it gets even better overnight!
02 - Feel free to use pre-shredded mix or chop your own cabbage and carrots.
