In a medium saucepan, bring 1 litre of water to a boil. Add 3 black tea bags and steep for 5–7 minutes to infuse a robust tea base. Remove the tea bags and set the brewed tea aside to cool to room temperature.
02 -
Peel and slice 2 fresh peaches. Place the peach slices in a blender with 120 ml water and blend until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove excess pulp for a silky texture.
03 -
In a large pitcher, blend the cooled black tea with 250 ml peach nectar (or prepared peach puree), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 60 ml simple syrup or honey. Stir thoroughly and taste for sweetness, adjusting as desired.
04 -
Optionally, pour in 120 ml sparkling water for effervescence. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, pour the peach tea over, and garnish with fresh mint sprigs or peach slices. Stir gently before serving.
