04 - 4 plump cloves of garlic, finely minced
05 - The zest of 1 whole fresh lemon
06 - Juice from 2 juicy lemons
07 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped (about a good handful)

→ Creamy Finish

08 - 1 cup (100g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
09 - ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
10 - A good pinch of salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper
11 - A sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional, for those who like a kick)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your largest pot or deep skillet - this is a one-pot wonder! Toss in your pasta, broth, olive oil, minced garlic, and that fragrant lemon zest. Yes, everything goes in right from the start!
02 - Crank up the heat to high and bring everything to a lively boil. Once it's bubbling away, turn it down to medium-low and let it simmer. This is where the magic happens!
03 - Keep an eye on things for the next 8-10 minutes, giving it a good stir every now and then. You'll notice the liquid starting to transform into a gorgeous sauce. Don't worry if it looks a bit loose at first - it'll get there!
04 - Test your pasta for that perfect al dente bite - it should be tender but still have a little bite to it. By now, most of that flavorful broth should have been soaked up into a silky sauce.
05 - Take your pot off the heat and add the finishing touches - in goes the fresh lemon juice, a shower of Parmesan, and a swirl of cream. Stir it all together until it's looking glossy and irresistible.
06 - Now's the time to make it your own - toss in that fresh parsley and season it just right with salt and pepper. Give it a couple of minutes to rest - this lets the sauce get nice and thick.
07 - Twirl it onto warm plates while it's still hot and steamy. Top with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan, and if you're feeling spicy, add those red pepper flakes. Dive in while it's perfect!

# Notes:
