No Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Graham Cracker Crust

01 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - ⅓ cup granulated sugar

→ Orange Filling

04 - 1 box (2 oz) orange jello gelatin
05 - 12 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
06 - 1 fresh orange, peeled
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - ¼ cup orange juice
09 - 2 tablespoons orange zest
10 - 12 oz Cool Whip
11 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

→ Toppings

12 - Heavy whipping cream for garnish
13 - Orange slices and zest for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Process graham crackers into fine crumbs in a food processor. Mix crumbs with melted butter and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
02 - In a food processor, blend fresh orange slices, orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice until smooth. Set aside.
03 - Beat cream cheese and orange jello mix in a stand mixer until smooth. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip. Mix in the orange juice mixture until well combined.
04 - Pour the creamsicle filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until set.
05 - Top with whipped cream, orange slices, and orange zest before serving. Keep chilled until ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Pie needs at least 3 hours to set, but overnight is best
02 - Keep pie chilled until serving
03 - Cream cheese should be at room temperature for smooth mixing
