One piece at a time, coat your cod in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally press into the seasoned Panko mixture to coat well.

Give your air fryer basket a light spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Pop your breaded fish in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes. Carefully flip each piece, then cook another 3-5 minutes until they reach 145°F inside.
