07 - Fresh grated parmesan - 1/2 cup

08 - Old Bay seasoning - 2 teaspoons
09 - Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
10 - Olive oil spray for basket

# Instructions:

01 - Give your cod fillets a good sprinkle of salt and pepper on both sides.
02 - Get three shallow bowls ready: flour in the first, beaten eggs with salt in the second, and in the third mix your Panko with parmesan, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
03 - One piece at a time, coat your cod in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally press into the seasoned Panko mixture to coat well.
04 - Give your air fryer basket a light spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
05 - Pop your breaded fish in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes. Carefully flip each piece, then cook another 3-5 minutes until they reach 145°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Look for cod fillets that are about the same thickness for even cooking.
02 - The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internal temperature.
