Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cauliflower - 1 medium head (1-1.5 pounds), cut into bite-sized florets
02 - Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, freshly grated
03 - Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

→ Seasonings

04 - Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
05 - Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
06 - Fresh ground black pepper to taste
07 - Optional: Paprika or cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon for heat

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot - set it to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Give your cauliflower a good wash and dry, then cut it into bite-sized pieces that are about the same size.
03 - In a big bowl, mix together your olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cayenne or paprika if you want some kick.
04 - Toss your cauliflower in the seasoned oil until every piece is nicely coated.
05 - Sprinkle on your freshly grated Parmesan and toss again until every piece is coated in cheesy goodness.
06 - Spread everything on a parchment-lined baking sheet - make sure the pieces aren't crowded. Bake for 25-30 minutes, giving them a flip halfway through, until they're golden and crispy.

01 - Want extra crunch? Try adding some toasted breadcrumbs to the mix.
02 - These keep in the fridge for up to 3 days - reheat in the oven to get them crispy again.
