                Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking pan with cooking spray.

                Place the halibut fillets on a plate and squeeze half of the lemon over them. Coat the top of the fish with olive oil, ensuring a thin, even layer. Season with salt and pepper.

                In a small bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon zest.

                Carefully press the crust mixture onto the top of the fillets.

                Bake the halibut for 10-15 minutes until it turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with the remaining lemon wedge.
