Peach Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 2 cups peaches (fresh or frozen), chopped
02 - 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
03 - 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)
06 - Handful of ice cubes (if using fresh peaches)
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
08 - Peach slice for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - If using fresh peaches, peel them and chop into chunks. If you're in a hurry, frozen peaches work great too and will make your smoothie frosty without needing extra ice.
02 - Add the peach chunks, coconut yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and any optional ingredients (sweetener, chia seeds, ice) to your blender.
03 - Cover and blend on high speed until everything is smooth and creamy. You might need to stop once or twice to scrape down the sides with a spatula to catch any stubborn bits.
04 - Give your smoothie a quick taste. Need more sweetness? Add a little more syrup. Want it thinner? Splash in some extra milk. Blend again briefly if you make any adjustments.
05 - Pour your peachy creation into a tall glass. For a nice touch, garnish with a small peach slice on the rim or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.

# Notes:

01 - This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately, but you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours (though separation may occur).
02 - For a fun frozen treat, pour leftover smoothie into ice cube trays and freeze, then blend the frozen cubes for a slushy consistency.
03 - When peaches aren't in season, good quality frozen peaches can actually give better flavor than out-of-season fresh ones.
