Peppermint Bark Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature.
06 - 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar.
07 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
10 - 2 cups chopped peppermint bark, divided.
11 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
12 - Flaked sea salt for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with Silpat mat or parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
03 - Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Stir in 1½ cups bark and chocolate chips.
04 - Shape 2 tablespoon dough balls. Place 2 inches apart, sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges golden.
05 - Cool 2-3 minutes on sheet. Press remaining bark into tops. Transfer to cooling rack.
