Pistachio Brigadeiro (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 397g can condensed milk
02 - 20g unsalted butter
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 100g pistachio cream

→ Coating

05 - 100g pistachios, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan, add the condensed milk, unsalted butter and salt. Place this onto medium heat.
02 - Keep heating the mixture, while constantly stirring, until the butter melts completely.
03 - Mix in the pistachio spread until fully incorporated.
04 - Continue heating while constantly stirring until the mixture thickens and reaches a fudge-like texture.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until set, approximately 1-2 hours.
06 - Once set, take approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands. If the mixture sticks excessively, lightly grease your hands with flavorless oil.
07 - Roll each ball in the finely chopped pistachios until completely covered. Repeat until all mixture is used.

# Notes:

01 - If the mixture sticks to your hands, you can lightly coat your hands with neutral oil, but properly chilled mixture shouldn't require this.
